Our taqueria is a new concept from the well-known Jimenez family in Lubbock. After shutting our doors on our famous burrito shop in 2003, we’re back and better than ever with a new focus on corn tortilla tacos. We’re open Wednesday through Sunday to serve breakfast and lunch. Please note that we stop serving breakfast at 11 a.m.

The only thing you’ll have to worry about when visiting our restaurant is choosing what to get. Our menu is filled with everything from simple recipes to unique twists on classics.
